The Kokni Muslim Community Centre (KMCC) was filled with warmth, laughter, and a vibrant spirit of sisterhood on Sunday, 7th June 2026, as the Ladies Sub-Committee hosted its highly anticipated “Celebrating Her: Honouring Women & Mothers” afternoon.

The exclusive women’s event brought together 40 attendees for a beautifully curated afternoon dedicated to wellness, connection, and joy. From an incredibly empowering and insightful Women’s Health Talk to the high-energy laughter of our interactive activities, every moment was filled with joy and connection. Our food sale and fundraising stalls were a massive hit, and the spirit of charity and sisterhood shone bright.
Above all, the afternoon provided a much needed space for women across generations to relax, bond, and forge deeper connections.
